We are a family run company; we don’t have offices and therefore don’t have any overheads! For this reason, we hire our equipment and offer our services at rates we feel are a fair price. We are more affordable than other companies but we are still fully insured and our equipment is fully tested or new in most cases. We understand children and weddings are expensive and want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their celebration even on a budget.
Yes definitely! We can either do Klarna in three equal payments made the day you book, 30 days after booking and 60 days after booking. Alternatively you can pay a £20 deposit and pay the rest as and when you wish with final payment due for card payments one week prior to your event, or we can take cash on the day.
Yes! We can delivery all across Cornwall, just let us know on the booking form where your event will be and it will calculate any delivery fees.
Yes! We hold full public liability insurance with Accelerant. We are covered for Public Liability – £5,000,000.00, Products Liability – £25,000.000.00, Employers Liability – £10.000,000. Access to our insurance documents can be seen upon request.
Yes! All of our equipment is fully tested and hold the relevant certificates to ensure safe usage. Access to our test certificates can be seen upon request.
Yes! We clean all equipment upon arrival with child safe sanitiser.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £20.00/£50.00 to be paid within 48hrs of us confirming your booking by email, this will be deducted from your final payment, if not paid within this time we will release the equipment and timings again to make the equipment available to all. The deposit once paid will be subtracted from your final balance.
There may be occasions where we have to cancel your booking due to bad weather e.g high winds/gusts predicted 24mph or over or heavy rain. If this is the case, then your deposit will be refunded in full or can be transferred to another date and time within 12 months of the booking date if required.
Unless listed as manned in the product description all equipment is unmanned. We set up the equipment leave in the responsibility of the client who booked and then we collect. If you require your service to be manned, please let us know and we can quote for the duration required.
Please see in the product suitability section of the listing what age limits apply. Please ensure the equipment you have hired is suitable for the age of the users.
Yes! If you are hiring a bouncy castle or items that includes lights/power, we do require electric within 25 meters of a plug point.
Yes, we provide 1x 25m extension cable per product. Please ensure the set-up area is within 25m of a plug point. If this isn’t possible, please let us know and for a surcharge we can provide a 50m extention cable. If no plug points are available within this range, you will need to hire a generator at your own expense.
Our bouncy castle blowers are 2HP which require a 5KVA generator with a UK plug point, please note we do not provide joeys so this will need to be provided with the generator.
- We need suitable access to the area you would like setting up if you are unsure if the access to the area is suitable, please send us a photo to double check.
- We are unable to go over ground with sharp stones, nails, long weeds or brambles.
- We need to set up on short flat grass if you are unsure if your ground is suitable, please double check with us. For a surcharge we are able to provide matting and sand bags to go over hard ground but this needs to be booked in advance.
- We will provide an extension lead of 25m but we will need access to a UK 3 pin plug point. If this isn’t possible, please let us know in advance as you will need to hire a generator (4KVA required)
- Please ensure there is adequate parking for a long wheelbase transit van within at least 20m of the setup area. if you are unsure if this is possible, please let us know in advance.
- The setup time takes approximately 30 minutes to unpack, set up and clean, the pack down takes approximately 30 minutes please ensure you factor this into your venue hire times.
- Please ensure the area size is suitable for the equipment you have hired. Our castle sizes and heights are displayed on our website. If you are unsure, please check with us and we will be happy to assist.
- Please ensure there is adequate parking for a long wheelbase transit van within at least 20m if the venue doors. if you are unsure if this is possible, please let us know in advance.
- Please ensure your venue has suitable plug points for us to use.
- The area you would like us to set up in needs to be clear of any equipment/tables/chairs in advance of our delivery.

- Please ensure the venue you have booked is suitable for the equipment you have hired. Our castle sizes and heights are displayed on our website. If you are unsure, please check with us and we will be happy to assist.
Please note it is the hirer’s responsibility to check and ensure that they have the minimum space required as stated on our website. If on arrival, there is insufficient space then the hirer will be charged at 100% of the hire price of the equipment and delivery charges if applicable.
Length of hire is detailed in the product description. Bouncy castle & soft play hire is for delivery within 8am-6pm if you require hire outside of this time, please discuss with us for a late collection fee. Other items for weddings and private parties we aim to either deliver the day before where possible and collect the day after. We will discuss delivery and collection timings with each client individually depending on requirements.
We need one plug point per item hired if it requires power.
